Introduction

        Wei-Zen Chen received the B.S., M.S., and PhD degree in electronics engineering from National Chiao-Tung University, Hsin-Chu, Taiwan, in 1992, 1994, and 1999, respectively. After graduation, he worked for Industrial Technology Research Institute (ITRI), Hsin-Chu, Tawian on RF integrated circuit design. From 1999-2002, he was with the Department of Electrical Engineering, National Central University, Chung-Li, Tawian. Since 2002, he joined the department of Electronics Engineering, National Chiao-Tung University, where he is currently an Associate Professor. His research interests are integrated circuits and systems for high speed networks and wireless communications. Dr. Chen is a member of Phi-Tau-Phi.
