  • Quantum/Nano Semiconductor Laser
   Gray Lin received his BS, MS, and PhD degrees in electronics engineering and institute of electronics from the National Chiao Tung University, Hsinchu, Taiwan, in 1994, 1995, and 2001, respectively. From 2001 to 2007, he worked in the Opto-Electronics and Systems Laboratories, Industrial Technology Research Institute, Hsinchu, Taiwan. He joined the Department of Electronics Engineering, National Chiao Tung University as an assistant professor in 2007, then as an associate professor in 2012, and became a full professor in 2019. His research interests include MBE growth of GaAs-based compound semiconductor materials, design and fabrication of semiconductor lasers, as well as characterization and analysis of opto-electronic devices. He is a member of IEEE and SPIE.
