簡介

  • Geng-Shi Jeng received the B.S. degree in electronics engineering from National Chiao Tung University in 1996, and the M.S. and Ph.D. degrees in electrical engineering from National Taiwan University in 1998 and 2005, respectively. After graduation, he started his career in the Industrial Technology Research Institute (ITRI) and moved onto Coretronic Display Solution Corporation as the Director. In 2011, he joined S-Sharp Corporation and then served as the CEO and CTO, where he has developed high-frequency preclinical ultrasound imaging systems, research purposed array imaging systems, portable ultrasound systems, and ultrasound reflection tomography. From 2017 to 2019, he was a Visiting Scientist in Bioengineering, University of Washington. Now he is the Associate Professor of Institute of Electronics with National Yang Ming Chiao Tung University. His research interests include real-time ultrasound systems, beamforming and Doppler flow imaging, cardiac elastography, contactless ultrasound biometric detection, and photoacoustic imaging.
