簡介

        Yen, Shun-Tung received the B.S. and the Ph.D. degrees from Department of Electronics Engineering, National Chiao Tung University (NCTUEE) in 1992 and 1996, respectively. His dissertation was mainly devoted to physics of semiconductor lasers. After graduation, he continued his research in dynamics of semiconductor lasers as a Postdoctoral Fellow at NCTU. He served in the ROC army from 1997 to 1999. He joined Department of Electrical Engineering, National Dong Hwa University, Hualien in 1999. He joined the faculty of NCTUEE in 2001 and is currently a full professor. His research interests include semiconductor laser physics, quantum phenomena in semiconductor nanostructures,and terahertz science and technology. He is a member of Phi Tau Phi
