簡介：

• Cheng, Jung-Chien received the Ph.D. degree from National Chiao Tung University, Hsinchu, Taiwan, in 2018. He is currently a Postdoctoral Researcher with the Institute of Electronics, National Chiao Tung University. His current research emphasizes on the SIC power devices.
