• 2. Embedded memory & its applications, including in-memory computing, near-memory computing, neuromorphic computing, and FinFET FLASH & OTP.
• 3. Next-gen. low-power and high-performance transistors, including Tunnel-FET (TFET) and Negative-capacitance-FET (NC-FET).
