研究方向：

• 著重於核心問題提出解決方案，開創新式元件結構與模型、更精確的本質元件參數與寄生效應萃取方法、整合新式元件結構與參數萃取方法，使其流程自動化以促進最佳化設計之效率與準確度、建立新式等效電路模型等。

• (a) High frequency measurement and characterization at various temperatures for enhanced compact models with temperature dependent effects
• (b) Precise extraction of 3‐D intrinsic parasitic RC and intrinsic device parameters for a new compact model with layout and temperature dependent effects
• (c) New or enhanced thermal noise models for accurate simulation of high frequency noise with layout and temperature effects for mm‐wave low noise devices and circuits design
