簡介：

• Chou, Chen-Han received the Ph.D. degree with the Department of Electronic Engineering and the Institute of Electronics, Nation Chiao Tung University, Hsinchu, Taiwan, in 2019. His current research interests include high-k/metal Gate stack on Ge MOSFETs, 3D FinFET Simulation and 2D TMD device.
