簡介：
I am Rajesh Kumar born and brought up in India. I like reading and travelling. I want to explore different places, meet people and understand their culture. Currently I am a postdoctoral fellow at Institute of Electronics, NYCU, Hsinchu, Taiwan and working on solid state lighting and optoelectronic device. Previously worked on process development of novel two-dimensional material: doping technology and device fabrication and high k dielectric for nano device application. I was visiting research scholar at Chemical Engineering Department, National Taiwan University, Taiwan and worked on "Development of organic and inorganic luminescent based materials for next generation light emitting diode applications". I did Ph.D. on thin film and devices for photothermal application from Department of Physics, Indian Institute of Technology Jodhpur, India.
